WILD GARLIC PESTO GNOCCHI 🧄
This wild garlic pesto was homemade by my dad using wild garlic growing by the stream at the bottom of the garden at my family home.
– cook gnocchi to packet instructions (usually 4/5 mins)
– halve fresh cherry tomatoes and cut fresh mozzarella into cubes.
– when the gnocchi is cooked, drain and return to the pan on a low heat. Stir through the pesto, mozzarella cubes, tomatoes and rocket. A simple yet delicious meal.
