tomorrow is monday already?! 🥲

been trying to reassess my priorities + find more balance in my life lately. overall i’m quite content w/ where I’m at. i pride myself on being an ambitious person but tbh i am tired like all the time 🫠🫠🫠 think it’s for the best that i reserve more time for rest.

today’s workout:
– 20 min treadmill warmup
– 3×10 hip abduction
– 3×10 hip adduction
– 4×10 leg extension
– 1×8 single leg extension
– 3×10 leg press
– 3×10 calve raises

food:
sardines in olive oil / mixed salad greens w/ toasted sesame dressing / 1/2 avocado || ate out for dinner 🙂 ordered shrimp spring rolls w/ peanut sauce + mango sauce / young coconut water w/ pulp yummmm
