Spaghetti bolognese with peas 🍝
Firstly I wanna say that you can definitely skip the peas in this recipe. It it delicious and comforting without it and yet so simple. And affortable too, if that’s what you’re after! I was just experimenting and it turned out to be really good. 😋

You only need:
Wholegrain spaghetti
1 onion
Olive oil
Canned (or fresh) tomatoes
Canned (or frozen) peas
Tomato passata
Fresh basil
Ground soy meat (TVP)
Salt & pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder

Method:
Cook the pasta according the instructions on the package.
Chop and sautée the onion on some olive oil, adding the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Over the soy ground meat, pour some boiling water mixing in some salt, pepper, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Let it sit for a while, then spill out the remaining water and add it to the pan. Let it cook for a while and lastly, add some basil and more salt and pepper.
After about 10 minutes, just add your cooked pasta, give it a slight mix and enjoy! 🤍🍝
