Seeking colourful dish in one plate, try this Beef and Vegetables. They are are so tasty and for the complete lunch or dinner menu, you can eat with rice 🥩🫑

Ingredients:
Beef:
-100 gr beef slices (I use organic grass-fed beef rib eye slices @nourish_indonesia)
-1 tbsp olive oil @borgesindonesia
-salt @puraindonesia @purakitchen
-pepper @sonnentor

Vegetables:
-50 gr zucchini
-50 gr green bell pepper
-50 gr yellow bell pepper
-50 gr eggplant
-50 gr cherry tomatoes

Sauce:
-2 tbsp coconut aminos @nourish_indonesia
-1 tbsp white vinegar @heinz @heinz_indonesia
-1tbsp sesame oil @earthliving.hk
-1 tbsp coconut sugar @singabera
-1 tbsp water
-1/2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

Toppings (optional):
roasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Wash and cut zucchini, all bell pepper, eggplant, tomatoes into desired forms (I cut zucchini into half moon, all bell pepper into strips, eggplant and tomatoes into full moon).
2. For the sauce, mix all together in a small bowl.
3. Add zucchini, eggplant and a little sauce in frying pan with medium heat.
4. After zucchini and eggplant become soft, add all bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Place all vegetables in a bowl.
5. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
6. Fry the beef with olive oil in frying pan with high heat until brown, turn over and fry the other side until brown.
7. Change the heat into medium heat, add vegetables and sauce, mix them all in 2 minutes.
8. Pour in plate and optionally sprinkle with more sesame seeds. Enjoy!
