⭐️Roman Style Chicken, Baby Potatoes & Vegetables
✨Sauce base made using tomatoes, red pepper, red onion and garlic. Blended once roasted with added veg stock. Then fried off some prosciutto. Once chicken is cooked add fried prosciutto and sauce base. And leave the shimmer. Server with roasted baby potatoes using fry light, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn.
I’ve not made Roman style chicken in a very long time. Had to change it up with the blended vegetable sauce base. As my partner doesn’t do vegetables so it’s a sneaky way to get them in still. It was so good, definitely be making this again
