Protein Oat Pancakes with fresh berries, sliced banana and a (very big) drizzle of honey. Simple but ohhh so tasty 🤤🍓🍌🍯
130g rolled oats
1 scoop (30g) protein powder
120g plain greek yoghurt
3 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tbsp olive oil/melted coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup/honey
Fresh berries/fruit of your choice
Honey/maple syrup for serving
• Blend the oats for around 1 minute until powdery.
• Add the baking powder, protein powder, eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, olive oil/coconut oil and maple syrup/honey to the powdered oats & blend until mixture is combined.
• Add fry light/a little oil to a nonstick pan and heat over medium heat. Spoon small portions of pancake mix out and fry for roughly 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the second.
Top with fresh fruit & honey 🍯
