Y’all my meal prep was a disaster this week so lunch has been improv! Today I decided to go to @kairosmediterranean for a power bowl and y’all it did not disappoint!
This meal was so good that I want to recreate this for next weeks meal prep! Here are the deats:

💫 Romaine Lettuce

💫1/2 cup brown rice

💫 Grilled Chicken

💫Zuchini, sweet potatoes, red onion, cucumber/ tomato salad, and red onions

💫Topped with feta cheese and a side of tzatziki sauce

The best part of this meal is That I felt completely satisfied and I felt like points, calories and protein all aligned! After this meal I felt what it felt like to fuel my body properly and it felt so good to be on this part of my journey! ✨

I’m trying to learn how food serves my body, how my body responds to certain foods and finding a new rhythm. I’m here for it!
