This Pineapple Delight dessert has a biscuit crumble bottom topped with a creamy, dreamy pineapple filling. It’s perfect for after iftar time.
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tin pineapple cubes
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp almond slice
1 tbsp pistachio slices
Cherry for topping
In a chopper add biscuits and chopped until crumbled during chopping. Add butter and mix well in a serving glass add crumbled mixture and press firmly down into the base to create even layers. Set aside.
In medium sized bowl add whipped cream and sugar beat until fluffy and add pineapple cubes gently fold and then add almond slices and pistachio slices mix.
Add creamy mixture put on top of the crumble mixture and spread. Add some crumble and a cherry on top.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
