OMG this healthy gut approved quick vegan chili my husband made me is so delicious!
I was trying to make something quick and needed protein. I was making some beans and my puppy distracted me and I burnt my beans. I had a meltdown over it and said forget I’m going to bed! My husband said let me help and started making me red beans and then looked in the fridge saw cooked lentils and said I can turn this into chili. I told him ok and he then made me chili he did check with me in what he could put in it.
Can of red beans, lentils, tomatoes,
red peppers, purple onions, garlic, veggie both and spices.
It came out so yummy for a quick meal.
I have enough for tomorrow!
