Mixed Vegetable Bhajias! *Recipe below*
Delicious, crispy and soft in the middle. We love these Bhajias for when people come round and always have it with green / red chutney!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*INGREDIENTS* [Serves 4 people]
• 1 medium potato – Chopped small
• 1 cup Cauliflower Chopped small
• 1 Onion – Chopped small
• 10g coriander
• 0.25tsp bi-carbonate
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 125g of peas – Frozen is fine
• 125g gram flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp Chilli/Ginger Paste
• 0.5 tsp Turmeric
• Oil – to fry
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*METHOD*
• Mix all the ingredients, except the bicarbonate and make it into a thick batter
• Add more flour if too runny
• Add the bi carbonate of soda and mix well
• Heat the oil on medium flame.
• Using a tablespoon, drop the mixture and fry until golden brown.
• Enjoy with green, red or tamarind chutney👨‍🍳👩‍🍳
