Kanjii (fermented beetroot and carrot)

I always make kaanji with black carrots but this time I tried with beetroot and orange carrot 🥕 as black carrots not available in market
I got almost same taste
As temperature quite high so it fermented in 24 hours otherwise it takes 3-4 days to ferment

This is prepared by adding some chopped beetroot and carrots ,mustard seeds, chilli powder,salt
Take large glass container add two carrots and one beetroot add one litre water ,salt chilli powder,mustard seed powder1tbsp
Keep this jar in sunlight
Your kanji is ready to drink

Add ice cubes and enjoy
