It IS possible to lose weight with hypothyroidism.
It takes time, trial and error, and above all, patience, but it IS possible.
One of the biggest factors to me seeing results outside of my nutrition and fitness is my mindset.
Getting OUT of the mindset of “I can’t lose weight because I have ___”
You are what you think and often enough, when you continuously think something negative, it can become a belief.
If you’re currently struggling with hypothyroidism or hashimotos, like myself, don’t set standards for what your capable of doing.
Of course diet & exercise play a HUGE role, but dont neglect your mindset and allow a negative belief to determine what your body is capable of.
You’re capable of much more than you think. ❤️
