Ingredients:
🍴 2 1/3 cups 1.1 GF Flour
🍴 1 tsp baking soda
🍴 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
🍴 2 eggs
🍴 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
🍴 1/2 cup sugar
🍴 3/4 cup butter, I used a dairy-free, room temp
🍴 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
🍴 1/2 tsp salt
🍴 2 cups Dark Chocolate Sunflower Butter Cups, rough chop 

Instructions:
πŸ‘‰ Preheat the oven to 350.
πŸ‘‰ Spray a 9″ round or 9×9 pan with nonstick baking spray.Β 
πŸ‘‰ In a mixing bowl add the sugars, butter and mix for 3 minutes on high.Β 
πŸ‘‰ Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Then add the baking soda, arrowroot powder, flour, and salt.Β 
πŸ‘‰ Mix until just incorporated and fold in the peanut butter cups.Β 
πŸ‘‰ Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick should come out mostly clean and the top should be golden brown.
