Ingredients:
π΄ 2 1/3 cups 1.1 GF Flour
π΄ 1 tsp baking soda
π΄ 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
π΄ 2 eggs
π΄ 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
π΄ 1/2 cup sugar
π΄ 3/4 cup butter, I used a dairy-free, room temp
π΄ 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
π΄ 1/2 tsp salt
π΄ 2 cups Dark Chocolate Sunflower Butter Cups, rough chopΒ
Instructions:
π Preheat the oven to 350.
π Spray a 9″ round or 9×9 pan with nonstick baking spray.Β
π In a mixing bowl add the sugars, butter and mix for 3 minutes on high.Β
π Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Then add the baking soda, arrowroot powder, flour, and salt.Β
π Mix until just incorporated and fold in the peanut butter cups.Β
π Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick should come out mostly clean and the top should be golden brown.
