HEALTHY DESSERT RECIPE ALERT!! Boiiiii shoutout to @healthygirlkitchen for this one!
Seriously y’all this is one of the best cookie recipes I’ve ever tried. This is an egg free, gluten free, and (almost) dairy free dessert recipe. It would have been vegan if I didn’t use the milk chocolate chips. They slapped tho.

◌ 1 15oz can chickpeas rinsed + drained
◌ 5 pitted dates
◌ 1/2 cup peanut butter
◌ 1/4 cup rolled oats
◌ 1/4 maple syrup (I used a little less than this bc I had pancake syrup)
◌ 1/2 tsp baking powder
◌ 1/2 tsp baking soda
◌ 1/2 cup chocolate chips (but who even measures these anyway????)
◌ sea salt garnish
Put in oven for 15 minutes on 350 and VOILÀ!
