Easy Healthy Breakfast ideas

It is so important to eat fruits & veggies consistently. There are so many yummy ways to incorporate them in your diet. The options are endless! They contain so much that our bodies need to stay healthy.

They say “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” I believe that is true with many foods and herbs. Fruits and veggies can reduce the risk of future illness. It is good to eat a variety everyday. I believe in natural preventatives and being cautious of what you put in your body. Also, paying attention to ingredients is very important. There are too many chemicals and preservatives out there that can cause many illnesses. I try to make everything homemade when I can.

You are what you eat, and if you eat well, you’ll be healthier and happier on the inside and out. Stay tuned for things I don’t buy at the store and make homemade!

*Heat a little extra virgin olive oil in an 8-inch skillet, pour egg mix in and cook a couple minutes on medium-low heat.
*Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on one side of it.
*Fold over the side without the cheese and press down a little with your spatula.
*Flip, cook for 1-2 minutes or until it’s how you like it and the cheese is melted!

-I always shred my own cheese.
