As promised sharing my favourite summer cooler which not only helps you beat the heat but is absolutely nutritious too!!!
Sattu mint drink 🍹
All you need is…..
Channa Sattu – 2 Tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Mint sprigs – few
Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
Salt – a pinch
Water – 200 ml
Ice cubes
I have used channa sattu but you can also use jau sattu or a combination of two.
