ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE THAI CHICKEN PIZZA from @tastesbetterfromscratch!!!!! 🍗🍕🤤🤩😍

I used (half of a) store bought Pizza Buddy pizza dough so that I didn’t have to make it myself. Rolled it out and spread on the sauce that was made from peanut butter, ginger, red pepper flakes, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil blended together. Sprinkled on a whole chicken breast (16oz) that I’d cooked in the @instantpotofficial, shredded mozzarella and carrots on top of that. Baked for about 10 minutes and sprinkled with cilantro. Seriously, one of our new favorite recipes EVER 😍

I’ve made this twice now. Totally worth it each time. Next time, I’m going to use pre-made flatbreads instead of pizza dough. The pizza dough is delicious but I just hate rolling/pushing it out and can’t get it into an even shape lol so I’m going to eliminate a step and some time. I had to include a fresh bite pic so you could see the thick layer of shredded chicken under that thick layer of shredded cheese… Incredible.

1/4 of the pizza (pictured on my plate) is 441 calories and has 40 grams of protein 💪🏼🤩
